Our Virtual Office plan allows you to come work in our space 2 times a month.  It also includes mail service which will help keep your business separated from your personal life.  Our mail service has these unique benefits:

  • We will receive your mail or package and notify you of each piece and who it is from
  • You can let us know if you want us to hold it for pickup, shred it, open/scan or forward it.  Some services have additional fees

Required Documents

Two types of identification are required.  All must be current and valid. One must contain a photograph of the member and another must contain address information of the member. See Instructions and Footnotes on PS Form 1583 for more details.

Acceptable photo identification type includes:

  • U.S. State/Territory/Tribal Driver’s or Nondriver’s ID Card
  • Uniformed Service ID
  • U.S. Access Card
  • U.S. University ID Card
  • Passport
  • Matricula Consular
  • NEXUS Card
  • Certificate of Naturalization
  • U.S. Permanent Resident Card

Acceptable address identification type includes:

  • U.S. State/Territory/Tribal Driver’s or Nondriver’s ID Card (cannot be used to verify address if used for photo ID)
  • Current Lease
  • Mortgage or Deed of Trust
  • Home or Vehicle Insurance Policy
  • Vehicle Registration Card
  • Voter Card

A photocopy of your identification may be retained by agent for verification. USPS Form 1583 must be filled out and notarized.  You can download it here: https://about.usps.com/forms/ps1583.pdf
