Printer Setup
1. Connect to our Wi-Fi network and download the appropriate file for your device and operating system. Run the installer and follow the prompts to install the file. (You may get a security warning that the site is not secure.)

When it asks you for your credentials, please enter your login info that is used for our member portal (https://members.hubcoworkinghi.com/login) or our APP. The installer will create and add a new printer to your system called “Hub_Universal_Printer”.
2. When you print something, print it to the new printer “Hub_Universal_Printer“. This will put the print job in the queue in the cloud.
3. Go to any of our printers and log into your account and release the print job. This helps us reduce waste from jobs that are printed but never picked up. A job in the queue is automatically deleted after 24 hours if not released from the queue.
Copying and Scanning
1. Login at the printer and then you can go to Device Functions and see those features as before.
2. For copies, select Device Functions
3. For scans, select the Scan button
Authentication options at the printer
1. Enter your email and password that is used for our member portal or our APP. Tip: This can be a little slow on the copier’s keyboard.

2. If you don’t like having to type things on the copier’s tiny keyboard screen we have RFID stickers that can be used to authenticate your account. You will just need to tap the sticker on the card reader once it is set up.

3. If you have a key FOB used for access somewhere else, we can usually program the system to recognize that fob and link it to your account. Ask us if you would like to try that option.
