Similarly, in a coworking space, there are shared areas, amenities and facilities. Many of these things, like our 5 meeting rooms, bathrooms with showers, kitchen, and printers can easily be shared. By sharing these things that you don’t need exclusive use of all the time, you share in their fractional costs. We all get to benefit by having more resources than would probably have if we had to pay for these all by ourselves. Who wants to pay for a $2500 Internet connection by themselves, right? Plus you don’t have to worry about refilling the printer paper or coffee or troubleshoot the Wi-Fi. We take care of all of the details. Win-win!
