Aloha Tuesday Everyone!
We are very grateful that all of you have joined us on our journey. We have great news! The material for the office walls have arrived and we should be getting delivery on Wednesday. We’ll be working at night to put the panels up so don’t be surprised to see walls up when you come in! The cabinets for the break room have also arrived and are in the process of being installed.
We also installed a member wall so please have a photo taken and pin your picture on the wall with your name on it so we can put names to faces.
If anyone has a drill driver and wants to help screw in panels at night we could use the help. Beer, pizza, and literally building community! Phew!
Also a reminder on some housekeeping items:
- Guest policy: Guests are welcome for short meetings (about 2 hours). Longer than that and we ask that the guest purchase a day pass. The exception to this is if you have booked a meeting room in which case the guest is welcomed to stay as long as you have the meeting room booked. You should also be present when your guest is present.
- Meeting room policy. Meeting rooms must be scheduled and booked 24/7. We’ve been really flexible on this during the building and noise producing process, but moving forward please make sure you have the room booked. We’re trying to prevent any confusion and uncomfortable situations from occurring.
